when i can submit my online form for ILR

i got tier 2 visa on 22-feb-2014. ( me , my wife and 1 daughter came to uk in april 2014).

one baby born in uk In dec-2015.

according to new UKVCAS system when i can submit my online form for ILR ?

No sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your visa start date.

UK born child DOES NOT require ILR if you plan on registering the child as british on form MN1.

i got visa 22-feb-2014.

5 years will complete on 22-feb-2019

if i subtract 28 days from 22-feb-2019 it comes 25-jan-2019


so you mean i can not submit my online ILR form before 25-jan-2019 ?

i have to wait till 25-jan-2019 in this case ?

am i right ?


will i get some near date appointment for biomettrics ?

Correct yes.

There should be no issues getting an appointment at one of the 57 new service centres.

Note that there is no longer a same day decision premium service.

what doccuemnts do i need to apply from tier 2 general to ILR ?


Payslips ( how many months ) ?
bank statement ( how many months ) ?
P60 ( 2015-2018 , for 4 years i have )
Life in the UK ( me and wife )
English language ( my wife only )

me, wife and 1 daughter ( i have to show proof of cohabitation for last 2017-2018)


what else do i need ?

will it be like this that

i will pay 2389 * 3 = £ 7167 for 3 applicants ILR

then when i will book premium service and biometrics i will pay

610 * 3 = 1830


does it work like this in new system ?
