impact of Statutory Maternity payment funding on Tier 1 visa

Hello Seniors
One of my employee is going for maternity leave soon, as a small busienss can I claim help for statutory Maternity Payment from Government.
WIll is impact on my Visa application etc..

You are expected to follow the employment law. Anything that is permitted should be fine. This has no relevance to the Tier 1E rules
