Does anyone know of this is the home office who tried to call me?

Someone tried to call me from 01140600140. I believe that is a Sheffield number. Does anyone know if it's the home office? I'm waiting for a decision on my application and couldn't pick up. When I called back it says "the number you have called is not recognised"

Decisions are communicated in writing - if it was an important call they (whoever) would have left a message.
