Help!!! New application system ILR

Help.. I was trying for a premium service appointment at beginning of Nov 44 days to book premium service. Then system changed. I did the application knowing I would need to submit documents and biometrics. I qualify for ILR 19th Dec. I made appointment with Sopra Steria on 22nd December so as to fall into the 28 day period for qualification... is this ok???? I have 3 days till appointment. WILL THE APPLICATION ON THE 02ND NOVEMBER AFFECT MY APPLICATION?,??
Pleas advise if ok??????
