What size passport photo for FBR application?

Could someone clear up exactly what size the two photos need to be when submitting the FBR application? Also,does the witness just sign and date the back of both?

I think the ones I sent with my application were US size pictures. However, if you get them done at at CVS before they print them they can change the country to Ireland and print you the right size ones that meet their guide lines. Other places might do this too but I'm not sure.

Yes to simply signing and dating on the back.

As for international delivery, I just paid a ton for USPS global express I believe.
