ESA and exercising treaty rights

Post by rooibos » Wed Dec 19, 2018 9:28 pm

===MODS PLEASE DO NOT MERGE THIS QUESTION INTO AN EXISTING THREAD===

Can a period on ESA (Employment and Support Allowance) count as "exercising treaty rights" in any way? If so, in which circumstances?

Thanks.

I am not a lawyer or immigration advisor. My statements/comments do not constitute legal advice. E&OE. Please do not PM me for advice.

There was no advice given there. This question is about ESA; the other thread was about retained worker status, but in a completely different context.
