ILR documents under new UKVI process

I am on Tier 2 General visa. The visa was issued on 13/03/2014. I travelled to the UK on a business visa from 30/03/2014 to 6/04/2014. I moved to the UK on Tier 2 visa on 27/04/2014. My family's visa was also issued on 13/03/2014. They entered the UK on 16/05/2014.

When can i apply for ILR. Is it 28 days before 13/03/2014?

What supporting documents do i need?

My child is 18 yrs old. She has taken a gap year and is working now. When can she apply for ILR and what supporting documents she needs?

What supporting documents do i need for my spouse and for a second child under 18 yrs old?

Will it be an issue if my spouse pays for her own application?

You can apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your Tier 2 visa issue date.

The online form will tell you what you need, ie employer letter, absence letter, payslips, bank statements, LIUK, English

Your child who is 18 will have to provide evidence to prove that they are not leading an independent life and also have to apply on their own Set(O) form.
