Income for family visa

Post by psw2009 » Fri Dec 21, 2018 11:39 am

Hi,

I am self employed and have ILR, i am looking to apply for my family visas, i have started to work self employed from April-2018 and i meet the income requirement this month so i have earned GBP27200 Gross this month, can you please let me know if i can attached accountant letter with application instead of waiting for next year april-2018 to submit accounts to HMRC. Do i have to send tax return to home office or can i send income of 6months and estimated income certified by Accountant?

I shall be very thankful to you.

But you said in 2017 when you asked about family visa that you were also self employed at that time??

To prove income from self employment, you need substantially more documents than if you were a normal PAYE employee with a company. Have you read appendix FM-SE at all to understand that an accountant letter is not sufficient.
