I’m going to apply for ILR (ent tier 1 )as mine 5 years will be completed in jan 2019 .. last grant to remain in uk was given in June 2017 n it’s valid till June 2019. As I qualify for pre April 2014 rules aswell for employee ..
Everything is clear wat docs we ( me n mine business partner ) need based on guide line.. just to make sure we r on the right direction plz allow me to share our docs details specially “ Jobs” relevant...SD( start date)

Employee 1 : SD(04-07-17 )- ongoing
106.67 hrs (each month)for 10 months till (05-04-18)
After that 5-5-18 till 1-1-19(130 hrs each month
)9 months
Employee 2:SD(5-12-17)-ongoing
85hrs (2months) 120hrs ( 3 months )130(2 months)
173.33 hrs ( 7 months )
Employee 3:SD(04-07-18)-ongoin
Part time : 90 hrs each month (10 months )70 hrs each month ( 9 months )

1)As per mine little knowledge should I wait for February or I’m ready to apply in January for calming 2 full time jobs requirement??
2) wats the best possible employee combinations to meet the requirements??

Basically you need 104 weeks of FT employment minimum of 30 hours/week after extension in any combination. You can add 2 part timers to make up one FT employment.

You have not mentioned the exact dates so weeks can not be counted. Better to mention exact dates so members can help you.

Apparently you do qualify provided what you’ve stated is correct
Emp 1+ emp 3= 5months
Emp 2= 12 mths
Emp1= 7mth
= 24 months
Get the proper dates together for precise calculation.
What are you submitting for English language requirement?

1) We got our degree from here back in 2011 , so I i think , we don’t need any docs for English language bcz last 2 grants were given without doing language test ... bdw we will post our degrees if needed to prove ..
2 ) basically mine employee 1 started as PT for ist 10 months and than FT for 9 months :
4-7-17 -still going on
106.67 hrs for next 10 months , I mean same amount of hours for each month form
(4-7-17 to 5-4-18 )which come up to 10 months
(5-5-18 to 5-1-19) which come up to 9 months
3) employee 3:started (4-7-17 ) - still going on
Part time : (4-7-17 to 5-4-18) 90 hrs for each month And than (5-5-18 to 5-1-19) 70 hrs each month

Anyways tried to answer your query earlier for job creation. Please re read.

Use timeanddate calculator for months or weeks between two dates. It’s ur best friend.

Just calculate number of weeks between two dates for your full time months first.
For example: 5-5-18 to 5-1-19 employee 1 Full time is 35 weeks.

Similary calculate all other full time weeks.

Then add two part timers who worked simultaneously in the same months and calculate weeks which will become full time employment also.

Add total number of weeks should be 104 weeks or more given 30 hours a week atleast.
