super priority24hr service late no replie from the home office

my family and I have submitted an application on the 7th dec and we paid for the super priority service. today on the 24th I received an email from the ho saying that our standard service will take up to 6 months.
I really don't know why bec we paid so much for a one day service and still we have to wait this much .
has this happened to anyone else.

Under what category have you applied? Under one of your other topics you have posted under a SET(DV) category, but I assume that as this appears to be for a family of 5, that this isn't correct.

Why can't you simply ask the user who started this topic as you are BOTH posting from the exact same static cable IP address so presumably are either the SAME person posting under 2 different usernames or both live in the same property??
