EU1- prior residency

Hi I am a non-EU national who married EU national 1 year ago.
My husband has been working in Ireland, and I am with him with visitor visa.

I found this forum just by chance before making the EU1 application.
Since I had no prior residency in another EU state, I was just waiting for the hearing from EU court.
I still don't know the decision from EU court, but the situation seems to go against us. (Well I still have a hope though)

I haven't sent my EU1 application yet, but my short-term visa will be expired shortly.

Does anybody know how long do I need to stay in another EU state if I decide to do so ?
