Residency history documents

Hi,

For IRL via Tier 2 route for main applicant and for Tier 2 dependent for spouse, do we need to upload address proofs for all 5 years or only past couple of years? And what documents are acceptable from the list below.

1) Bank Statements of joint account
2) Water bill on one person
3) Electric bill for another person
4) Council Bill (Yearly statement)
