Hi guys, we have an issue with the main applicant missing biometric data according to HO. They only receive biometric data for 4 dependants only. Our situation is changing visa from Tier 4 to Tier 2. My wife already has COS from university, all done checking for document etc.
We called UKVISa the service centre (new system), the IT confirm all data send received by HO and will resend again if HO requested. But the problem is HO say have to wait for the IT department investigate this issue and cannot promise how long it takes. The employment date is 2nd January but university aware about this and can postpone the date until receive visa.
What should we do now? any advise or comment are welcome. TIA
