ILR GRANTED

Time line
Came to the UK as a student in 2002

Student visa expired in 2003 and did not renew

Stayed illegally for 6 years

Started regularising my stay as follows
Oct 2008 initial application
April 2009 Application rejected
August 2009 re applied
October 2009 application rejected
Appealed same year

Didn’t hear anything from HO for 3 years until 2012

May 2012 went to tribunal won the granted 3 years Limited leave to remain- discretion

September 2015 re applied to renew my discretionary leave

Dec 2015 granted more 3 years discretionary leave

24 November 2018 applied for ILR
Got biometric reply same day and home office reference number same day by email.

Enrolled biometrics on 25th November 2018

Documents sent today 2/Jan/2019 only took a month to get my ILR. Made a standard application.

Family life, have a partner here but we are not married neither do we live together but we have been going out for 10 years.
