No I haven't paid for VFS courier service.
So my wife went to the appointment with requested "supporting documents", but the agent at the office didn't take the documents. Only the original PK passport and biometrics.Payment successful

You only submit applicant passport and biometrics at the Pakistan appointment.mdawood91 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 02, 2019 2:20 pmHi,
I am in the UK and applying for my wife's spouse Visa for her to come to the UK.
I filled in the online application form and paid the Immigration Health service and application fee online.
Today she had an appointment at the VFS global office in Islamabad, Pakistan.
They sent an email with a list of supporting documents to be submitted, my wife took all required documents along with her to the VFS office, but the agent didn't seem to take any documents from her (neither where they scanned). So no supporting documents where submitted with the application (only her PK passport).
What should I do now? Do they ask for these documents at a later stage? How can they be submitted now?
Regards
