Hello everyone,
I’m hoping someone can clarify for me. I have been granted ILR settlement through marriage and will be applying for citizenship. I am applying on 3 Year route (husband is British citizen). In regards to showing employment history, I had a short stint 4.5 years back. Do I need to declare this? Or am I required only last 3 years of declaring employment?

Can someone please clarify for me on when I can apply for citizenship as a spouse of British citizen. I was away 3 years back between Jan 3-Jan 11, 2016 and again Feb 18-Feb 21, 2016. Does this mean I can apply between Jan 11-Feb17, 2019 to qualify?

Please refrain from tagging onto other members posts!!
You need to state all your employment for however long you have been in the UK or 10 years history if you have been here than long.
The employment questions is separate to the route or section of the nationality act you are applying.

After 11 January. Before 18 February. Or AFTER 21 February.

Hoping someone can help on this query. I am applying as a spouse of a British citizen. I had worked for only a few weeks back in May 2014...I have been advised that I need to report all employment for the time I have been in the UK. I would not have any P60 or anything for that matter for this employment. Any advice how I should proceed? Many thanks

There is NO requirement to submit P60s. There is also no requirement to be employed to apply for citizenship.

Ally I have sent you a PM.
Just to clarify for others based on my experience. The online form will prompt you to input details of all employment over the past 10 years. In my case, not being an EEA applicant (I'm from Hong Kong), when the online form was fully completed, the system generated a list of documentary evidence that you then upload onto the UKVCAS website. There is no mention of P60s, P45s payslips or letters from employers.
