Hi
I recived this morning an email from the visa decision center asking for additional information, I replied to them with the requested information.
I have two questions:
1- what's the timeline after sending this documents, should I wait more long time?
2- if the HO request more documents means other submitted documents are correct and only requested documents are missed?
Thank you so much

Its nirmal for homeoffice to ask additional information or documents. Processing time will depend on type of service you have taken. Normal service takes approx 8 weeks.

I mean asking for additional information means all other documents are ok?

It depends on what additional documents they asked for.
What did they ask for and what did you submit?
Regards

Homeoffice asking for specific document does not guarantee other documents are fine. They can still ask clarifications on any document if they need so.

If I may ask, what was the second certificate? I was under the assumption that only the English language letter from UK Naric should suffice? Can you also tell that which all services of UK Naric you utilized?

Yes, there are many cases when homeoffice has asked for info in different communication for same applicant.

Hello
I called the Home office and they told me that my application was decided, but I didn't recive any IHS refund (partial or full) for my dependents as I paid for 3 years and my sponsorship is for 1 year.
I'm worried about the decision and this means refusal

Thank you for your time. Appreciate it. Can you please tell me which all services of UK Naric you utilized? Or what were the 2 certificates that you've submitted?

I am not at all clear about outcome of your call with homeoffice. Decision on your visa is independent of overpaid IHS charges. Did they mention that your application is rejected? What exactly they mentioned?
