T1GE extension UKVCAS

Hi all,

Made an application for the T1GE extension on the 15th December, and the appointment attended on the 17th December 2018. However, I haven't received any correspondence or confirmation from the HO at all since applying. Is this normal? I'm starting to get worried that they haven't received it. (Call Sopra Steria and they could not tell me anything) Also, the online portal still allows me to upload documents for some reason.

If anyone could share their experience with the new service, it would be extremely helpful!

You will not get any confirmation. Now simply wait to hear back from UKVI
