UKVCAS Standard service-ILR

Hi,
I have applied for ILR via the standard service (sending the application online and documents by post). Does anyone know how long it takes under the new system?

You haven't really applied under the new service and UKVCAS if you applied by post. You merely used an online form. The submission of documents has changed from premium service centres, the HO processing has not changed.

Postal applications can take up to 6 months, sometimes longer.

I found after the submission, and bio enrolment, the UKVCAS system is still editable, still can upload, delete documents, is it normal?

This service is no longer available as the old style same day decision premium service centres have closed.

The service was discontinued when HO introduced the new UKCVAS service centres in November 2018.

There is no way to upgrade now as far as I am aware.

Hi,
Could you please advise me on what the best way is to contact HO? I need to get hold of my documents asap and thinking of withdrawing my current application and re-apply using the premium service. Any thoughts?
