I am going to submit Tier-1 Entprepreneur ILR 5 Year route application in January 2019.
I have following queries:
1. Do we still need passport size photos? I cannot see anywhere about them anywhere since they launched new system.
2. I have 3 x passport. Do I need to scan each & every page? including blank pages?
3. When we go for an appointment to do biometric? Do they still check and take all the original documents, please note I will scan and upload all the documents before the appointment day.
4. The problem is some of the documents contain many page. If I scan them all, I believe this will exceed the file upload limit.
dont forget the consent forms for verification checks, all previous passportsinfinity_1106 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 09, 2019 1:02 pmHi All, I am planning to submit Tier-1 Entrepreneur ILR Set (O) application along with dependent spouse (Joint Application).

I have few question regarding above application:
1. On application form, I have mentioned both employees job rate as current rate (£7.83). However the rate was initially £7.50 and then changed to £7.83. Should I split each employee details highlighting both rates or should I just enter latest pay rate (£7.83) and mention the whole period. I had a similar case I just mentioned £7.83 on the application form and mentioned £7.50 in the cover letter or you can mention that in the hourly sheet you are providing above. I did it cz my employee was continous so easier to mention this way. Spliting causes confusion thats my opinion
2. Can we take child on sopra appointment day? because me and spouse applying together. I am not sure whether we can take 2 year old child? Otherwise we need to arrange baby sit for child if it is not allowed to bring them at centre. Please note child is not applying with us because we will register as British citizen after ILR. I went to london premium lounge so all children were allowed in even as young as few months old. I saw many children there. I think they will allow even at other centres but someone who went to core or enhanced centres can comfirm that
Thank you.

Do you know can we make payment by credit card in online submission? would there be any penalty to pay by credit card?
There was like difference between paying by debit card or credit card. Companies used to charge extra if payment by credit card but I think government has changed the law regarding this. It is around 5K payment so I was thinking to pay by credit card.tier11417 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 11, 2019 12:45 amWhat do you mean penalty?infinity_1106 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 10, 2019 5:47 pmYes, I have already include consent forms signed by both Main Applicant & Dependent.tier11417 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 09, 2019 2:30 pmyea thats fineinfinity_1106 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 09, 2019 2:28 pm
