How long RCOS assignment takes?

Hello,

My company have confirmed that they have successfully received the approval for my RCOS on Dec 12.

They need to wait until I pass my english test for the VISA to assign the RCOS to myself after confirming a start date with my manager.

I should have the English test result by the 20th of January
How long does it take to assign the RCOS ,is it straight forward or takes several weeks like the first ROCS application please?
