Hello
I need help
I am move to uk on september and my husband live in italy, my husband is italian now i want to apply italian passport in uk so it is necessary to register in A.I.R.E me and my husband?

What is your nationality?
Your husband is the Italian one, he needs to register.
AIRE is registration for Italians abroad.

My husband lives in italy not in uk so how he register inn AIRE?

AIRE is for things like voting in elections whilst abroad.
If your Italian spouse moves abroad (eg, the UK) they should register.

Your right to reside in the UK is only valid if your EU spouse is here exercising treaty rights.

Yes he is going for buisness italy he will come after june
And my document expire on march thats why i want apply as soon as possible
