Hi,
I was granter Tier 1 Ext in Sept 17, i have 2 full time employees.
First employees is still active
Second employee left in Aug18
I am going to apply for ILR in May 19
Can i attach only 12 months of payslips for both employees starting from Sept 17 when i was granted leave covering until Aug 18 which is 12 months in total or do i need to attach all the payslips until the date of application as my first employee is still active and at the time of application he will be covering 21 months.
So, one employee i have for 21 months
Second employee i have for 12 months.
