Dear Casa,Zimba,CR001
Its an ungent please as going to apply for ILR Set M next week but i have ticked to provide P60s on online application while i know thats an optional requirement but if i have ticked then as my P60s have been misplaced.
Has spouse must be taken to sopra steria appointment or her signed declaration is enough?

P60s are not mandatory.
Many are not familiar with the new system re partners versus the previous premium centre system, but suggest if your spouse is not able to attend, they write a letter supporting your application and stating why they can't attend.

Thank you CR001 for your reply.
1.I understand that p60 is not mandatory but if i have ticked on online application in check list then?
2.She is working the day next week when i will be submitting docs and do biomatrics etc but she has already signed the declaration.
Where the Homeoffice or Sopra Steria would ask for her attending there with me?
Thanks again

1. It should not be an issue if you don't submit them.
2. Home Office had the requirement hence my statement about members not necessarily being sure with the new system as sopra is only a handling agent and don't ask questions or having anything to do with the actual application processing etc.

Hi everyone,
Anybody could tell me what to do if i have got paid more one pay rate on my payslip while i have contacted my Company’s HR they said it should be fine and we can’t put three different payrates on your employment letter.
The following pay rates are £8.35,£887 and some time £9. (60 hrs a week so these rates for different hours in a week e,g 48hrs £8.87 and 12hrs £8.35 and some payslip having 60hrs for £8.87 rate etc but have submitted my application online with threshold according to £8.35 and employment letter also mentioned the same gross a year.
Is it ok im going to submit docs and do biomatrics on Thursday 17th Jan19 for ILR Set(M).
Thank you

I believe you should be fine. If I would be you, I would write a cover letter to explain.
are you exceeding £18600 threshold with £8.35?
