naturalisation fee not deducted

Hi All

i submitted my application on 13th DEC via NCS service Ealing council and today its been almost a month now i have not received any Acknowledgment or no fee has been deducted as yet. royal mail tracking details shows the package was received by home office on 14th Dec 2018

is this normal or am i missing something

any suggestions would be helpful
