Citizenship ceremonies can't been book any more with council

Hi guy

Just wondering if someone can help me .l received my home office approval letter in 10 December 2018 , council invitation letter for ceremonies for 9 January 2019 but I will be away on that dates. I have emailed Manchester city council to cancel my ceremonies en Posponted to 6 of march 2019.
The ceremonies have been cancelled but unfortunately they are not long in charge of booking ceremonies.

I don't know if anyone have same problems this year?
and what to do next.
I believe I have 3 months from the home office have issued the approval letter.
