Tier 2 dependant to Tier 2 Main applicant

Hello Mates,

I am working in a company using my T2G dependant visa and the same office is now ready to sponsor me with T2G visa.
COS is approved by HO. I'm currently in UK and planning to visit my home country in 10 days.

1. While assigning COS, which current home address should be mentioned? Uk or home country
2. What should be mentioned for this question in COS?
Does the migrant need to leave and reenter uk during the approval? yes/no
3. Should i submit previous payslips for visa supporting docs?
4. should i submit addpress proofs in UK for visa?
5. I believe my husband who is currently a T2G- shortage occupation main applicant can switch to dependant from Uk itself after i receive my BRP.

One more question is
1. Can I apply visa online, pay fees and book appointment being in UK and travel to home country accordingly or do I have to apply from home country only?
2. If I can apply from UK itself, there is a contradictory in a question asked in application where I have to give my previous travel to UK. It asks for both arrival and departure dates. In that case I have arrived in UK but not departed yet, so I cannot complete the form.
