1- will home office accept given that i am not an accountant?

2- can you provide me with an tips on what to write (things that i have to include) in the contract between me and the company?

1. Why do you need HO acceptance ?
2. This is not a legal advice forum - you should take proper legal advice

hi guys

i have now a new solicitor and i am going to sue my barrister as she has given me the wrong advise and made me waste hundreds of thousands of pounds.

however i want to be able to prove that the funds do not need to be spent before the extension stage. There is nothing like that in the guidlines.

Where does it say that the funds must not be spent before extension?

thanks
Alf

Nowhere does it say funds MUST NOT BE spent.

Neither does it say it MUST BE spent.

Immigration rules do not try to dictate how you do your business.

The rules only require you to invest your funds.

Hi guys

My extension is approved today. Initial Visa granted Sept 2014

I applied Oct 2017.

What am I required to do now?

Can I apply for indefinite Oct 2019?

Thank you for your kind advice and help.

Yes, you can if you meet the job creation requirements.

I sold my business while extension pending, was asked many questions in interview, but if your business was real no issues, I got my visa after interview

You will have to float another business for ILR as you need to prove you have employed two settled workers

I am not familiar with Asylum laws but it does seem to be not very logical to be granted asylum when a person is already here on another valid reason (your dependant). Anyway, that is more of my curiosity than being relevant to your question.

The answer to your question is No. She should have been here in the country for 5 years as your dependant to qualify to apply for ILR as a PBS dependant.
