IHS for Dependants after the increase

Hi ,

I have applied for a Tier 2 General Visa in December and completed all the procedures and payments before the increase for IHS came to effect. The IHS for my application was 600 GBP . At the same time i have applied for my dependents Visa and while trying to pay the IHS(After the increase came to effect) it shows the increased charges. Normally it is same as that of the primary applicants ? . I have enquired this with the UK help line and they have informed it would be the same as that of the primary applicant otherwise it would be refunded . So it should be 600 GBP. They have requested to restart the application and check . Its still the same . Any thoughts on this ?
