Biometric out of time

Hi there,
We made a really stupid mistake with my husband 2.5 year extension of spouse visa of British citizen. We applied it online but somehow didn’t realise the change and didn’t notice the biometric letter was with the application. No excuses,we are out of time by 2 weeks.
We haven’t hear anything from the UKBA what should we do in this case? My husband visa expires on the 3/02/2019. Should we just make fresh application again to avoid the issue?or should we write to UKBA. Do they give a second chance to get the biometrics done? We are really confused what to do at this stage.

Please help we will really appreciate it.

Why not simply go do the biometrics now??

Have you had a refusal or any letter from HO??

We will go and try do it tomorrow for sure but will they allow us due to the date on the letter?

Hi CR001,
we got the biometric done this morning no issues after all. Hopefully it will all be fine. We keep in touch if I have any issue further.
