Currently applying for spouse visa extension but run into a problem please help!!!!!

Currently in process of applying for my spouse visa extension for my wife I am a British citizen we have two British children together my issue is the visa expires on 1st of February 2019 and I started a new job on 6th August 2018 I have my 6 months payslips present but I won’t have completed 6 months within my new job until 6th of February 2019 there is a shortfall of 5 days will that cause an issue as I don’t have my last few payslips from my previous job and I didn’t really leave on good terms to go back and obtain them or I would have submitted 12month wage slips.

I don't see any problem if your current salary for last 5 months fulfills the financial requirement criteria. Six months payslips are only to show consistency in the earnings but if you can fulfill that requirement in 3 months payslips then it's no big deal.

What about a different financial category? For example - did you work for another employer prior to this employer. If so, perhaps have a look at Category B.

Applying for category B was what I was thinking but my issue is the job where I use to work stopped handing out wages slips in January 2018 even though I was working with them until 31st july 2018 and moved to my new job on 6th August 2018 so I’ve got a big gap.
