Travel when CoS is assigned but before T2 Entry Clearance Application

Hello guys,

My new employer just received the uCoS that they applied.
However I have a short trip coming up in the first week of Feburary with my current work. I am thinking about booking an appointment with UKVCAS after this trip.

Is it okay to travel if the CoS is assigned but the application for T2 hasn't been officially submitted?

In addtion, It seems only applicants who's started the process are able to see when the next available appointment is on UKVCAS system. Any information on how booking works with the new system and the approx time it takes to get one in London area (core and premium) would be very much appreciated!

No issue to travel. A CoS is just that, a CoS, it is not a visa.

Most are getting appointments within 5 days.
