after signing declaration and consent i paybefore payment section you will get a link to download the consent form. You should download it and sign it. You will have to upload it later along with your documents

then it will take me to create account on sopra steria and book appointment
do i have to upload doccuments here or while at the time of payment with set o form ?
documents will be uploaded after the payments when you will be asked to make a sopra account. You can then book your appointment and will be able to upload documents. You can upload documents anytime before the date of your appointment

The question is very clear. Are you relying on your brother’s bank account statement? Are you sending your brother’s mortgage papers? Clearly, if not, then you have to say no.

The question is very clear. Are you relying on your brother’s bank account statement? Are you sending your brother’s mortgage papers? Clearly, if not, then you have to say no.

i am not taking any money from my brother ,

financial support is only in the sense that he is paying monthly mortgage ,

my brother paying :

home mortgage
council tax
water bill

I cant really comment on this as I am not much aware or your category. However, the whole point of ILR is that you are able to sustain yourself on your own without recourse to public funds after ILR. The CW needs to be convinced you can sustain yourself and your family. So I would think you need some kind of lettet proof from your brother etc. Someone else can comment on it further.

my category is Tier2 General and i meet income threshold for ILR , and i have got a letter from my employer stating that im needed in foreseeable future , so i can survive on my own without public funds .

You'll need to put property Land registry + Mortgage documents (which will prove your brother owns this property) and accompany with a letter from your brother saying - he has no objection to your staying at his place as long as you need and he pays the rent and council tax etc. Also you might need to put his Passport copy+Visa copy to prove that he is a legal resident here in the UK.

Cohabitation documents are to prove you and your wife have been together. You'll need documents for your "ACCOMMODATION" to prove you wont be relying on Public Funds. You'll need to put property Land registry + Mortgage documents (which will prove your brother owns this property) and accompany with a letter from your brother saying - he has no objection to your staying at his place as long as you need and he pays the rent and council tax etc. You may also include in the letter how many rooms this property has (excl. Bathroom and Spam) as they will check if the property you live is not overcrowded and there are enough rooms for families living. Also you might need to put his Passport copy+Visa copy to prove that he is a legal resident here in the UK. [/highlight][/glow]
