General Tier 2, change of employer

Post by youcef410428 » Mon Jan 28, 2019 10:42 am

Hi

i'm working with an employer as an engineer and i want to move to another company for another job. I have some question

1- should the new employer do the resident labour market test.

2- should the new employer apply for restricted or unrestricted COS, means i'll again wait for the monthly allocation?

Thank you in advance.

1. Yes. They have to do RLMT and comply with all the procedures.

2. Your new employer applies for Unrestricted COS as you are already in UK. Unrestricted COS does not have a monthly allocation Quota.
