British passport renewal

Hi
Does any one know how long HM passports take to renew a British passport i submitted my online application on 22nd of jan 2019 unfortunately i have already booked my airline ticket for 5th of feb 2019 (because my dad is seriously ill doctors said he's got very short life very sad

, As per online application status says your application is in Queue can i call them and ask them to speed up process any advise will be appropriated

you should have applied for an urgent service if it was a renewal. You may get your passport before Feb 5th but they always advise NOT to book any travel. Best of luck.
