IHS Refund

Post by jwillaims83 » Mon Jan 28, 2019 10:38 am

How long does it take to get IHS refund, for successful applications related to PBS Dependent Extension made inside the UK?

Is there any way to email the IHS or any other relevant team to ask for status of the refund?

Why do you believe you are due a refund if the application was successful??

Dear CR001

when you apply for a visa for less than 3 years, the system will charge you for three years even if your visa is for 01 year, and they will refund for you the reset of the period. this apply only for dependent not for main applicant.

Regards

You are missing the point. A PBS Extension, once the main PBS migrant has ILR as is this users case, is always for 3 years and a lesser time cannot be chosen for visa validity.
