i would wait if i could but situation got worse. if my husband inform HO my visa will be curtailed. is it gonna make me over stayer? if my visa curtailed what options do i have? can i apply FLO to kill 5 months? if my visa curtailed or void can i apply for ILR in 10 years route? please i appreciate your honest advice. thanks.CR001 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 29, 2019 3:43 pmStrongly suggest you wait till you have ILR before making in decisions you might regret.
As the saying goes : "Act in haste, repent at leisure."
Your spouse is required to inform HO that your relationship has broken down on the prescribed form. This can be before a divorce is initiated or complete. Note a divorce in the UK can take up to 6 months, depending on assets/children etc. If your spouse informs HO, your visa will be curtailed to expire in 60 days from date of curtailment letter.
What other visas would you qualify for??
