First British Passport application?

Hi, I came to the UK when I was 7 years old and received indefinite leave to remain with my father and brother.
I recently went through the whole BRP, Naturalization process and received my British Citizenship.

I am now applying for my British passport and it says that I need to send the passport I arrived on, but I don't have that passport laying around anymore as it was such a long time ago. I don't know what I can really do about this as i've been here since i was 7 till now 23. worked, studied and graduated University here.

Has anyone had a similar situation, and has any idea how to deal with it?

You never had a passport? What ID did you provide for naturalisation?
If it was another passport then provide that one.

Sadly in Ukraine you don't get your passport until you are 16 so I never received it. I provided my BRP card and driving license, but as I now received my naturalization certificate it says i have 5 days to send my BRP off and i'll me stuck with nothing but my driving license. I also have an expired British travel document which I got for a year.

Thank you for that, I was planning to call them this morning anyways to double check.

In case anyone is in the same situation, the adviser said to: Leave the section for passport used to enter blank and in the cover letter write that " I never had my own passport as a child and was in my mothers passport, but then my parents got divorced and the passport is unobtainable"

I'll update this once I've applied and see how it goes as I think it'll be more to discretion.
