30 days vignette expired before collection can I still get another one?

Please how can I get a new 30 days vignette?
TLS in Nigeria called me to collect my passport on 30th, upon collecting the passport on 31st I realised that the 30 days vignette on it has expired since 23rd January.
TLS stayed that the passport was only delivered to them on 29th January.

But they never responded to me even after i email them dozen times. All i got was automated email that i will get reply in 5 daya and dont need to send email again if dont get reply.. they made silly mistake in case of my partner and child settlement visa as well..start date of my partner 30 days vignette was the expiry date of my child vignette so there was only one day where they boht could travel together

What type of visa did you applied for and how long was the process from online submission
