Hello everyone,

Please i need clarifications on what is the 14 days grace period the home office have to appeal against the first tier tribunals decision.. my question is that is the 14 days appeal period given to the home office to lodge their appeal at the upper tribunal means 14 working days minus weekends or is it just 14 straight days including weekends..
please any help on this will be appreciated..
