Decision made but still waiting for collection of passport

29/11/2018 - I made enquiry on the status of spouse settlement visa after 2 months of Biometrics.
6/12/18 - received feedback that decision has been made and that TLS will contact spouse.
21/12/2018 - no contact from TLS and issue escalated.
28/12/2018 - escalated again.
11/01/2019 - still no contact from TLS and waiting.
Please has anyone being in situation where decision is made but waited for weeks to collect passport?

They told me that decision is made on my application today. Have to wait for the text confirmation

We've been waiting more than 50 days now since the decision been made. Escalated 3 times during this period. They say that there's some "technical issues "..

How is that even possible? what's that supposed to mean? this waiting is just killing..

Hi MollyS, after the decision was made on 18 June, my passport has been held since 20 June 2019 for over 30 days now. I paid "keep passport when applying".

The most recent reply from UKVI says that there has been breakdown of communication between Melbourne and the UK. I am confused on that reason and could not figure out how is that possible either.

I hope your passport has been returned already. Any update on your passport?
