Need your valuable advice

I Will finish my 10 years of living in the UK in Feb 2020

My immigration history in detail

21/02/2010 arrived in the UK
27/01/2012 - 27/01/2014 (PSW)
27/01/2014 applied Tier1 Entrepreneur Visa
21/02/2014 application refused with right to appeal
11/03/2014 paid to the tribunals for the appeal
25/03/2014 appeal accepted
Hearing date was given on 09/0ct/2014

02/oct/2014 appeal withdrawn
10/oct/2014 incountry application made to change my status asPBS Tièr2 dependent
05/Nov/2014 Visa approved as PBS Tier 2 dependent
09/may/2017 Visa extended

Can I still apply for ILR under 10 year route if I am eligible as I am reading about the 3c leaves online .
I am still confused as I had withdrwan my appeal if that ends my 3c leave breaking my continuous residence .

Your suggestions in the above matter is highly appreciated
