Most of the times few days already gone out of these 30 days by the time passport gets collected.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

How do we know that passport is ready to be collected after Home Office make decision on Spouse Visa?
1. Do I (Sponsor) or my wife (Applicant) get email from Home Office or VFS?
2. Do my wife get text message or call from VFS?

Email usually comes first at applicant email address.

My wife got her visa and I’m going to Nepal in next week. She will be coming to England with me on 25/03/2019 (2 days before her Vignette entry clearance date end).
When we are in England’s airport, I and my wife will be separate queue because I have British passport. What document do my wife to show on airport?
My wife got her passport back and decision letter from VFS

She should keep ready her passport with the entry clearance sticker, decision letter which came along with passport and the TB test (original/copy) even expired.

If you married abroad, there is NO requirement to register your marriage in the UK.

I was married in Nepal and I didn’t give Certificate of no impediment or notice to local council even though I am British by naturalization.

It isn't required, not sure why you think it is.
If you marriage is recognised in Nepal and was accepted for the spouse visa, there is nothing you need to do.

I have friend that married like me and he told he registered at local register office after his wife came to England. So, I am in dilemma whether to register or not.

It is not required if you already have a spouse visa (i.e. not a fiance visa).

His situation may be different than yours otherwise even the registry office might not allow marriage to already married couple.
