Tier 2 General

I'm working for an employer in offshore for 8 years. The employer is willing to process UK Visa. They have visa sponsor certificate and has completed RLMT.

Will they be able to process Tier 2 General Visa for me? Or Only Tier 2 ICT can be done as I'm already working for them in offshore?

If your current employer has completed the RLMT, then the visa type is Tier 2 (General). Tier 2 (ICT) doesn't require RLMT.
