Spouse visa from pakistan advice needed

Please advice me,how to obtain previous travel tickets for spouse visa application?
I am in process to apply my wife’s spouse visa from pakistan but i lost my travel tickets for last five years.during that last five years I travelled 17 times to Pakistan.
Please any advice how can i get these previous travel tickets?

There is no requirement to submit your air tickets. Also if you have lost them, then I don't believe there is any way to get them again. Contact the airlines and ask them.

So there is no requirement of travel tickets but how can i proof that i met with my wife regularly?

Although these are not mandatory but can boost your subsisting relationship evidences. If you check your previous emails then definitely be able to find them otherwise your entry & exits stamps on passport can cover them
