Hello Team,
I am on Tier 2 dependent visa and would be applying for extension as I do not qualify for ILR yet.
We have a strange situation ,My wife is a Tier 2 main applicant and will be eligible for ILR in this July. But
our current leave to remain is expiring on the same day ,While my wife who is main applicant will apply for ILR and how should I apply for dependent at the same time .as we do not have premium same day service anymore to wait for the decision .Even if my wife applies at the earliest 28 days prior from the date of expiry we still have the uncertainty if the outcome will be delivered on time even if we go for super priority service .
Need some advice on this if I can apply at the same time for extension with a covering note ?Or is there any other way to overcome this situation
Your help in this matter will be highly appreciated .
Thanks in advance
Kumar

Yes.
ILR has a super priority 24 hour option too by the way.

You each have to complete your own separate applications online. The dependent application will only be successful IF the ILR application is successful.

Would there be any option in the application to mention if asked about current leave to remain status ,like waiting for the main applicant`s decision or so ?

For the dependent application, you are required to state your ILR status and BRP expiry date.

I would be still considered as TIER 2 dependent ? If we(Main applicant for ILR) apply together prior to the 28 days of visa expiry date?

Hello Team,
Can you please help me with the query below.
My wife is on TIER 2 visa and will be eligible for ILR in August 2019 under 5 year route.
She has 2 dependents my self and a child of 4 years.
My question is
1) Does the main applicant needs to show any maintenance of funds for the dependents extension.
2) Can my son who was born in the UK and has last leave to remain as PBS dependent does qualify for ILR at the same time with the main applicant?
3)If maintenance is do required then how much money should the main applicant and the dependent should hold in their accounts
Thanks in advance
Kumar

1. Yes. £630 for 90 days for each dependent applying.
2. Probably. If you plan on registering the child as British, then the child does
NOT require ILR.
3. Only £630 for 90 days per dependent applying for an extension.

Many thanks for ur reply CR001
This means the main applicant who is applying for ILR does not need to show 945 to support herself .
Only 630 to support Dependents is sufficient ?
And dependent child`s application to register him as British does need any maintenance to hold by the main applicant ?
Regards
Kumar
