Self employment income requirements in Spouse visa from pakistan

Dear members,I m self employed person in the uk and in process to apply my wife’s spouse visa with two kids dependant visas from pakistan.
I have few questions if someone could answer?
Do i need £ 25800/ gross income or net income?

Do I have to show any amount as a ending balance in my bank statement?

Do I have to pay a full due tax before the submission of visa applications Or I can choose to pay tax till 31 January 20?

What is letter of confirmation from accountant for spouse visa?

I m living in one bedroom house at the moment,but as i have to little kids under the age of 4.So do i need a two bedroom house or this one bedroom house is enough to satisfy home office?
