EEA resident card refused

Hello
Me and my husband applied for resident card in december
My husband have italian passport and i am pakistani national i have EEA family permit visa
My husband work in warehouse but in january his manager call him and said we dont any worker because there is no work so dont come.
Now problem is we recieved application and home office refused resident card.
Reason:
We called Xxx warehouse on january to confirm you worked there but xx warehouse said you are not working here
So what can i do?
Reapply or appeal?

My nationality is pakistani?
My husband lives in italy not in uk so how he register inn AIRE?

You also stated you already have a RC??

What is your current immigration status in the UK??

I have resident card

Based on who if your wife is in Italy??

I am in uk and husband in italy previous i had eea family permit now i have resident card
