i have few queries . clarification requested Gurus .
Q1.my Tier-1 Entrepreneur – Initial Grant
Date = 4th March 2014
date of entry 4th April 2014

Tier-1 Entrepreneur – Extension
valid from 17th April 2018
Expiry Date = 17th April 2020

Calculated ILR Application Date:
-28 days ILR Due Date = 03th February 2019
is the date for ILR application correct please ?

Q.2
as i am applying for ILR within 12 months of T1 Ent extension then it means i can claim job points 12 months immediately before which would be Feb 2018 to Jan 2019 .T1 extension was granted 17-04-2018 . is it correct or i am making any mistake ?
You can apply 28 days before 4th April 2019, so 7th March 2019.
If you apply on the 7th March, then you can use jobs between 7th April 2018 and 7th Mr 2019

I apologies. I took the initial grant date as the application date due to your earlier question - my mistake.

You can apply based on grant date.

so i am covering time 12 months immediately before grant of extension

This is wrong.
You can only cover 12 months immediately before ILR application date.

So, if you are applying in March, you need documents up until March 2019.

3. CT600 (shell I ad that also if yes shell I sign it and be it of any year?) - you only need on Tax document, so this is optional.

Maintenance
3 months personal bank statement with around £1000 balance (do I need to add this
- There are no maintenance requirements for ILR.

Please stick with the same post.

staff 2 worked only on month in 2017-18 (march 2018)£790 NO per hour pay mentioned by previous accountant his age at that time was 19 years 10 months 28 days pay per which was increased £959.40 in 2018-19.

The online form only allows to mention one hourly rate. However, as per the guidance, you are supposed to mention ALL hourly rates during your period of claim. Draw up a table and mention the previous hourly rates and upload with your docs. The hourly rate not necessarily have to be on the salary slip as far as I know.

Declaring hourly rate has always been a requirement even at extension stage.

No need to contact accountant for this.
You can generate payslips again and state number of hours on payslips OR not at all.

Calculating hours is easy..
salary divided by wage rate ( can be minimum wage or whatever you settled with employee)
E.g salary=1000 divided by 7.83(year 2018)

Keep in mind the hours must always exceed 120 and minimum wage prescribed by law for the period is applied.

2. i dont know if i mentioned this per hour rate in my previous application . i have copy of my previous application i believe this per hour rate was not asked in t1 extension application .

Is the hourly rate not stated in your payslip. You need also to indicate it in the table for job creation etc in application form online.

That would be optional documents if you had employees before RTI. Highly unlikely there are any more of those employees in the T1E cases now.

Are you seeing this in the checklist? It is because you ticked the check box answering the original question. The question says you only need to tick what is relevant to you. It wont show in the checklist then. Its not required.
