5 working days to submitt Evidence of accomodation

Can some one help me to resove this issue please.
After submitting tenancy agreement for one bedroom flat and letter from my landlord that my wife can stay with me.my wife received email from uk decision centre to submitte Evidence of property that will accomodate her and our 15mths old daughter within 5working days again.

Preferably follow the email and resent them again by writing them that the same you have provided them before too.

Property inspection report isn't needed if only 3 of you will be living.
